You just don't get any better quality than Carhartt stuff. Their thermal lined hooded sweatshirt is the perfect weight. With a zipper front and inside pocket, it is easily removed indoors, and has two outside pockets to keep each hand warm. Drawstring hood allows full adjustment of facial exposure.
