Constructed from 3/16'' thick dual sided CR Neoprene, The Hinged Knee Brace provides thermal therapy, firm compression, and soft tissue support for the knee. The McDavid Dual Disk Hinged Knee Brace features two, wider, more stable polycentric hinges and is designed to provide more support than standard knee braces. The 422 Knee Brace incorporates McDavid's dual disk hinge, with a floating pivot point, to better accommodate the natural gliding action of the knee. Wider arms help dampen forces more efficiently, while a padded horseshoe buttress aids in patellar tracking. The Dual Disk Hinged Knee Brace also lends minor ligament support and helps relieve the symptoms of chondromalacia, patellar subluxation and patellar tendinitis.
