Love These Bands! I used to get terrible pain in my knee (IT Band) after running 2 miles. Someone recommended these bands to me and now I just ran a half marathon. My bands lasted atleast a year w/ running 3-4 times/week.

I, originally purchased the knee strap for myself. Then, I had to get more of the knee strap for others in my family. They all found the knee strap very helpful and easy to use and maintain. Now, Mc David has it in colors! I really love this product.

Excellent strap. I purchased the McDavid after throwing away another brand due to poor velcro. The McDavid has lasted well over a year and it still holds up well. They are hard to find though. None of my local drug stores carry the McDavid brand. Guess I'll be ordering a new one from the web!!

I've been using this particular knee brace for months. It's simple and lightweight and does the job. I wear it on the treadmill and when I have to climb a lot of stairs. It does slip a little when wet from sweat, but it's easy to re-adjust. From GoBros, I bought a 2nd brace to carry in my yoga bag; and both are still in excellent condition. For all it's simplicity, it really takes care of my knee. I highly recommend it.

I think they work quite well. If you sweat on your knees like me you may have to tighten them a little more in order get them to stay in place. These seem to be the best for staying in place out of all the knee bands though.

I ordered this strap as a precautionary measure. Used it a few times. Seems to work fine. One change I might make is to enclose the attached rubber piece that is attached behind within the actual strap itself.
