Michael, Location Unknown I ordered this strap as a precautionary measure. Used it a few times. Seems to work fine. One change I might make is to enclose the attached rubber piece that is attached behind within the actual strap itself.   Guy, Buffalo, NY I have Osgood-Schlatter disease, and this works perfect. No hot knee brace over your knee or anything.........just this little strap that reduces all the pain and bulk.
