Kenneth Hall, Location Unknown I'm very happy with the this product , i run a lot and they help me out a lot thank you very much   Elaine, Illinois Product was basically good. What was missing was any indication of how to use it. I tried it both ways and still couldn't ever figure out which way it was supposed to go. Sorry...my stupidity perhaps.
