My son is very fussy about the fit of his baseball clothes and is loving these pants. They fit well with enough room for him to move in particularly when he is pitching. They are also easy to wash clay and grass stains out of with Oxyclean spray. FYI the elastic for the ankles is in the back pocket. I didn't know it until after I had them tailored and had bought elastic.
