The Mountain Hardwear Windstopper Tech Jacket, is an extremely versatile shell/insulating jacket designed to provide warmth without bulk. Constructed from water resistant Gore Windstopper, the Windstopper Tech Jacket features a Windproof, Breathable outerlayer and a durable 100% polyester fleece inner layer for comfort and protection. Showcasing breathable microfleece and a Gore membrane, the OM0835 makes an incredibly comfortable layering piece perfect for all cold weather activity. Overlaid reinforcements were added at high abrasion areas for increased durability and added life. The Windstopper Tech Jacket features extra-long pit zips (that can align with outerwear), fleece lined hand pockets, an interior pocket and power stretch cuffs. Available Sizes: Medium(MD), Large(LG), Extra-Large(XL), 2X-Large(2XL) What is Windstopper? Most non-Gore windproof fabrics are either not breathable, or only marginally so. In contrast, Gore WINDSTOPPER fleece is both totally windproof and very breathable. The fabric is a three-part laminate where the breathable/windproof Gore membrane is sandwiched between durable face fabrics and soft moisture moving linings. Gore WINDSTOPPER garments are the perfect insulation layer under a shell or used alone as an outer layer.
