I have been wearing these socks (in white) for many years and they are very comfortable. The only problem is occasionally in washing the top elastic unravels, but they are still the best socks I've found.

If you're expecting the walking socks to have as much padding as they used to, forget that idea. The pads are thin to non-existent.

Next time I order, I'll buy the running socks. My guess is that the padding they have now is equivalent to what the walking socks used to have.

I love the socks--they are very comfortable, fit perfectly and have prevented me from getting blisters with extensive wear while sightseeing, shopping and attending a convention on a week-long trip with brand new walking shoes. Price was reasonable considering the quality.

The socks are thinner than my white Thor-lo's so they don't give me as much cushion as I'd like but they're 'okay' (kind of a little bit better than mediocre). But for the price, I think they should be thicker.

I agree with Susan above. I've been wearing Thorlo socks for years and have always loved the quality but the last two times I've ordered them, they've worn through very quickly. If fact, I've had to throw the equivalent of several pairs away that were in otherwise good condition because of worn holes in the bottom. I'm really disappointed and searching for a replacement.

I have always loved Thorlo Products and have experienced nothing less than excellent customer service from GoBros. However, the quality of the socks that I ordered was sub-quality. The pads in the top of the socks have worn through as if they are made of cotton candy. I've had to throw most of them out; as they were bare thin.
I am extremely surprised and disappointed.
