Good socks!! I was concerned that they would itch.. No itch!!! I am using them riding an ATV in cold weather for 3-4 hours at a time and find them warm and comfortable.

These arre the only socks I wear year around. They do an excellent job of preventing blisters and hot spots. They are warm in the winter, and They are no hotter than any other sock when wearing boots in the summer. They do an excellent job of keeping my feet dry.

I cannot say too much about this product. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my son who is working in Afghanistan. The socks seem thick and well made. However ( and this is why I gave them only 3 stars) when my son tried them on for the first time, he said that the wool was very itchy and scratchy. I washed them and dried them in the dryer after which he said they felt somewhat better.
