The Thorlos Military Anti-fatigue Sock is designed for assignments that require prolonged standing or excessive walking. Thorlo uses lightweight compression to help increase circulation, enhance mobility and reduce foot/leg fatigue. The MAF Sock also feature X-Static, a silver fiber, that inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi, helping to reduce odor. Thorlos padding protects against blisters, shock, impact, and abrasion. Made in The U.S.A. Protection Level 2.

These are the best socks made! If you are on your feet many hours a day, you should be wearing these. I have at least 10 pair and have been wearing these for over 2 years. That means they all have been washed over 400 times and they still look, fit and feel like new! No loss of elasticity I wear them summer and winter and never too hot. They help circulation so your feet and legs get less fatigued. I buy them when on sale and have some new ones waiting to replace the ones that wearout ( if that ever happens?).

These socks give great gentle support for your calves. They are indeed anti-fatigue, your legs and feet aren't nearly as worn out after a day of work. (I work at a steel fabrication shop..on concrete for 10 hrs/day). Moisture control and odor are iffy at best. Socks are very warm, almost uncomfortable in the hot summer months (deep south weather). Overall, would , and have bought them again.

My son, an army soldier, has been wear these and similar Thorlos socks during two deployments. He requested more because of their comfort and durability. All the other types he tried have not held up to the constant pounding from days of foot patrol. Thanks for offering socks we can send that make him feel better.

My son is in the Marines and LOVES these socks! He's on his 2nd tour in Iraq now. During his 1st tour he was able to wear a pair of these socks for up to 2 weeks straight without any problems (and no chance to wash the socks). His feet were in great shape when he got home! Regular socks were considered 1 day wear then throw away.
