Constructed from heavyweight padding , the Thorlo J socks help protect against shock and impact. THOR•LON acrylic throughout the body of the sock wicks moisture, keeping feet drier and reducing blisters. The Running Rolltop has a flat knit instep for less bulk and better fit with added cushioning over the toes to help prevent against runner's toe. J-11 (size M), available in white only. Lisa, Nashville These are great socks. I highly recommend them for walking or any other kind of exercise. Since switching to Thorlo- I will not buy any other brand of socks. They protect my feet and don't wear out quickly.
