I am a letter carrier for the post office, working several hours a day in bitterly cold weather. All the UnderArmour Cold Gear, from hood to leggings, has proven to be a life saver for me. It is comfortable and keeps me very warm without extra weight and bulk. I find I can work to temperatures of 20 degrees F without having to use a sweater or jacket liner. The hood works well with any type of headgear. I can wear a fur hat or a watch cap when it's really cold, or a ball cap when it is in the 30-35 degree range. The hood keeps my head, neck and face warm. The only problem is the fog that will collect on my eyeglasses if I wear the face mask over my nose and mouth. A-1 rating from a pro who knows!

Cold Gear Hood sold for 25.00. The material is thin and does not keep the cold out. My 1.00 beanie from the Dollar Store keeps my head warmer. A great disappointment and felt being ripped off.
