I purchased these turtle neck shirts for use playing golf in "cold" weather in California. These shirts are the best thing made for weather in the low 50's and high 40's. I have worn them with only a short sleeve shirt over them. I am not cold at all. In addition, I have full range of motion unlike a pullover or sweater which tend to limit the full swing motion.

I ordered two like items and there were distinct differences between the two UnderArmor cold gear shirts. One was made of much lighter material and was tagged by the manufacturer differently. Although satisfied with the differences in weight (for cooler/colder conditions), the consistency in manufacturing should be relatively similar in quality control and checked by the retailer.

Perfect for cold weather. I ran in this for 5 miles in 0 degree weather, with just a t shirt over it............perfect. Just have gloves on with this shirt, along with the Cold Gear tights............amazing. Kept me warm and nice.
