I also work long hours during day and night hours. I am very rough on clothes. This shirt works as expected. It has maintained its shape and the collar has stayed so far. I have worn it by itself and under other shirts. I have even used it traveling internationally already (to another hot environment). It is very comfortable and it feels good against the skin.
