The Under Armour Metal T-Shirt utilizes a patented three fiber combination and creates a push-pull system within the same garment. The metalized inner layer contains a hydrophilic fiber base that propels moisture off the skin and engages the built-in Moisture Transport System. Once the sweat is removed from your body, the moisture is separated from the hydrophobic outer fibers which shoot the moisture off the garment. The end result is a dry, light microclimate next to your skin. The Under Armour Metal Heat Gear T-Shirt utilizes technology that you can actually see. I wear it under a cut-off T-shirt, which is my jersey. I would not really advise that. Otherwise, this shirt works, but you have to have a nice stomach or the bottom keeps rolling up.
