Mike, Northern California Works well for baseball--it holds the U.A. cup and the others I have as well. Not only does the material keep you cooler and drier than other jocks, but it provides great support for all types of sports. The cup option using the Bike proflex 2 is a great combination. You will hardly know you are wearing a cup.
