Constructed from a lightweight, synthetic leather upper with performance mesh quarter panels, the Women's Contender Cleats are lightweight. Under Armour Heat Gear lining allows for moisture management and breathability, while a molded Bi-Fit insole board offers midfoot support and rigidity. The full layer EVA midsole and dual density Ortholite insole provide the comfort and cushioning that athletes demand. UA's signature Dual Plate Technology and Progressive Traction allow for explosive starts and stops and maximum speed on the field. Molded TPU cleats provide maximum traction for precise cutting and maximum velocity, providing the Under Armour Advantage, that is truly undeniable. What is Progressive Traction? Progressive traction maximizes every movement you make when your feet hit the field. Progressive traction reinvents the traditional round cleat, implementing a built-in directional blade at the base of each stud. The round portion penetrates the ground an maintains rotational capability, while the blade offers rotational traction. The end result is enhanced lateral motion and increased surface area for greater acceleration acceleration and quicker changes of direction. What is Dual Plate Technology?
