I was a bit leary of these socks not having the cotton content I look for in socks as my feet sweat alot doing hard work and I am on my feet all day. I wanted them to absorb the moisture, but they did a good job of keeping it off my skin. They did fine in keeping my feet from looking like I had been in the tub all day. I am not diabetic, but I do not like the 'squeezed' effect that most crew socks give you at the end of the day, with too much elastic in the tops. These socks stayed up and were comfortable. Ordered several more.

the front seam on the wigwam diabetic socks came apart after two washings - until that happened i was very satisfied with the wigwam product -
