Upon placing my order, I called your store twice and spoke with the same sales person each time. I did not catch her name but I must say that she was nothing less extremely courtesy, knowledgeable and helpful. Frankly, she was a pleasure to talk to. I do an enormous amount of buying off the internet and speak with numerous sales reps every month. I am of the opinion that the service industry, generally speaking, in America these days borders on the pathetic. I am going to order a size small red, green and royal. I was going to call you anyway when I got the replacement things and return sticker (I imagine they will be here this week?) and then just order over the phone BUT on second thought, I may wait to hit the next credit card cycle on the 23rd of June. I wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you for your excellent service in getting a replacement size out to my son for coooolld Buffalo, NY Weather, since he works outside. My son very impressed. He also had never known about Carharts until I sent him the arctic coveralls and jackets. He is telling all his young friends (mid 20 years old) about Carhart products. My next thanks it to the fact that you sent me and email to tell me that you received the returned overalls and that you had credited my account. You all show excellent service. I ordered some Under Armour from GB (Goldman Bros) for football. Our jerseys are Green, Gold, and White, but alot of guys on my team have the green and white Long Sleeve under Armour. I Found a gold version on their website (They have almost every color) Placing order was easy and their was FREE ground shipping. What I didn't realize is that the were on backorder for the gold UA, but i just kept checking the site seeing if it had shipped. After a few days, I called them up, immediately to be answered by someone who was knowledgeable and understood my dilemma. He explained to me they were on backorder and I asked him if there was anyway I could get it faster. He apologize for the inconvenience and changed my shipping from Ground (5-6 Days) to 3 Day shipping at no charge. He also told me they should come in days and he would have them shipped right away! And he did. So I got them 3 business days later after they had been shipped. Great Company, would buy from them again! -- unknown
Just wanted to say thanks for the prompt delivery of the items I ordered. They came on Christmas eve. My son is out of Florida for the first time and in the Washington DC area and was thrilled that I found them for him. I am sure he will be ordering more in the future -- Patty
