» Shopping Cart To place a product in your shopping cart for later purchase, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button. The shopping cart is used to hold products you wish to purchase while you shop, the same way you use a shopping cart in a supermarket. There are several options available in the shopping cart: Review Your Order: This allows you to ensure the accuracy of products in your cart, size and quantity selected. On the Review Your Order page, you can review your entire order, including your shipping address, shipping method(s), and billing information all of which can be edited at this point. You will also see your applied discounts and promotions, total charges, and gift options. To complete your purchase, click on "Send My Order." Update the Quantity: Simply change the quantity you wish to purchase and click the "Recalculate" button. Remove an Item: All you need to do is click in the checkbox next to the item and then click the "Remove" button. Return to Shopping: To continue shopping, you can use the Shopping Cart to store items you wish to purchase. Click on the "Return to Shopping" button to search the site for additional items. At any time during shopping, you can return to your Shopping Cart by clicking on the "Cart" button. In order to complete your purchase, please login to “Your Account” and follow the simple steps below. Account Login: Enter your account username and password Shipping and Billing: Choose a shipping address from an address on record with your account or enter a new one Please enter your shipping address and your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement You will then be prompted to enter a billing and shipping address for the item(s) being purchased. Your credit card will not be accepted without the appropriate billing address If you are a returning customer, your billing address will automatically appear on the “Review Your Order page.” If you wish to add a new address you may do so at this time by clicking on "Edit." Select Your Shipping Method: Use the drop-down list to select from the shipping methods that are available for the item(s) you wish to purchase. If you have a Gift Certificate or Discount Code, simply enter it in the box under "Gift Certificates and Discount Codes" and click "Apply" before completing the checkout. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive: Your order has been received: This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Please keep this e-mail for your records. Advance Sales Notice: This e-mail informs you that an item from your order is not available for immediate shipment and will ship when it is available. Your credit card is charged when the item is shipped. When the item is available to ship, we will send you an e-mail. Please keep this e-mail for your records. Your order has shipped: This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected, and your shipping location. Important notice about your order: Reasons for receiving this email could include: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, cancellation of order.
