The Rules: Our price protection guarantee is for the bottom line price. The price that we match must be for an identical product by the same manufacturer, (model, color, size etc.) and the price compared must include any applicable taxes and shipping charges. After all, a site that sells an item for less but adds sales tax and then shipping and handling, isn't offering you a better deal.
The price to be matched must be verifiable on the Internet and in-stock for immediate shipment by an Authorized Stocking Dealer. The competitor's price must be current, with price adjustments limited to one price match per item. After confirming your item is available at a lower price (including shipping charges), we'll e-mail you a GoBros Gift Certificate/Site Credit for 100% of the difference in price, plus another 20% of the amount of price difference. GoBros will not honor price comparisons on:
- Any "Factory Seconds" "Blemished" or "Used" items.
- Any "Going out of Business", "Liquidation Sales" or instances where prices are below standard dealer cost.
- Any Auction Sites.
- Any Affiliate coupons, "first time customer" promotional offers, paid or unpaid membership clubs.
- Unauthorized dealers, private individuals, or stores not located in the United States.
- Any Non-Stocking site: web sites that do not stock the products they sell, or offer live customer service.
To receive credit under our 120% Price Protection Guarantee, simply order your item from GoBros.com and then email us the direct URL of the web site of the item found at a lower price within ten days of your order and we will verify the information. Upon approval, we will then issue you site credit in the form of a Gift Certificate. Please allow up to 7 business days following your approved price match request for your Gift Certificate to be issued.
