» General Return Policy The packing slip, found in your package, will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. The basic steps are as follows:   Pack the item securely in the original packaging Enclose the appropriate portion of the original packing list with your item If you cannot find your packing list: please call us for help or include your order number, billing name, and address with your return To insure full credit all products must be returned: in unused condition in original boxes, whenever possible with all paperwork, parts and accessories All return shipping charges must be prepaid We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries We recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for protection of your return. Clearly mark the outside of your package with your order number, and send the package to: GoBros.com Internet Returns Department 20-24 West Cherry St. Hicksville, NY 11801-4247 Please Note: GoBros.com recommends that you always insure your return package, or use a carrier that includes tracking capabilities.  Always keep a record of the Tracking Number from your return package, to ensure that the item(s) is received by our returns department. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used for your purchase, within 1-5 days of our receipt of the returned item(s). Initial Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the return/exchange is a result of a manufacturer or shipping error. We will make every effort to ship exchanges and issue credits as quick as possible.  In the event that an exchange item is unavailable, we will contact you within 1-5 days, via the GoBros.com message system, to see how you would like to proceed. Christmas Return Policy:  During the Christmas season, we realize that some shoppers start earlier than others.  Orders placed between October 1st and December 25th can be returned for exchange or credit up to 60 days from Christmas (December 25th).  Happy Shopping! We will cover all shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping. Please have your order number available before you call. At the time of pickup, you must be home and the item must be at the door for the driver.
