General Shipping Policy We ship to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii, Military APO/FPO addresses and International locations. However, certain restrictions may apply (see dedicated sections below).  - Orders Must be placed by 1PM EST to guarantee the selected shipping method used at checkout.  - We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes.   - Orders received on non-business days (SAT, SUN & holidays) and placed after 1PM EST will not be shipped until the first available business day. - Weekend Orders:Although orders may be processed on weekends, Standard UPS does not pick up on SAT, SUN or holidays. - Orders are not delivered on Saturday or Sunday. No exceptions. See our color coded map below, for transit time and estimated Ground Shipping length.  Please note: Estimated length is business days only. International Shipping     GoBros.com has partnered with iShopUSA, a trusted third-party International shipping company, to fulfill all orders for our International customers. Simply put any item(s) you wish to purchase in our on-line shopping cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. The items from your cart will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. Once on iShopUSA you will be able to calculate the shipping rates in your currency and determine the amount of duties and taxes that may apply for your order.  You will even have the opportunity to expedite your order.  We regret that Free shipping promotions cannot be applied to International shipments.  The following brands cannot be shipped through iShop: Jockey International, Inc. , Smartwool, Under Armour Performance Apparel, With iShopUSA, you may pay with International credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries regarding your order and shipment should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department. Shipping for Oversized Products Some over-sized, heavy or oddly shaped items must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Items delivered via a freight trucking company typically arrive to your curbside within 7 to 14 business days. Because this is a larger and heavier item, it can only be sent via ground freight; therefore, we cannot offer "rush" shipping. Often, the freight trucking company will not be responsible for carrying the item into your home or office. Your package is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have help on hand to bring the package inside. ^top Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii Most items can be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii for an additional charge. Your total shipping charge will be calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot ship Freight Items to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.  We regret that Free shipping promotions cannot be applied to Alaska or Hawaii. ^ top Shipping to a Military APO/FPO Addresses  We ship all APO/FPO packages FREE.  If you are shipping to an APO/FPO address, please follow the below steps during checkout: 1. Enter APO or FPO as your "ship to" city. 2. Select AA, AE, or AP as your "ship to" state.  3. Select United States as your "ship to" country. 4. Select "APO/FPO USPS" as your shipping method.  All APO/FPO locations utilize U.S. zip codes.  Do not select a foreign country in your "ship to address" or your package may be routed incorrectly. Be sure to select the shipping method reserved for U.S. military to ensure your package is sent via USPS. As a thank you to our troops, all orders shipping to APO/FPO locations ship FREE.  Please Note: some restrictions for APO/FPO locations do apply. Items that are sent to APO/FPO Addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service ONLY and cannot be "rush" delivered. The following items cannot be shipped to Military APO/FPO Addresses at this time: Items over 70 lbs.
