General Shipping Policy

GoBros is proud to offer free shipping for all orders delivered within the U.S. We ship to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii, Military APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Territories and international locations. If Antarctica had any inhabitants other than those dang penguins, we’d ship there too. When placing your order, please note the following:

• Orders must be placed by 12PM CST to guarantee the selected shipping method used at checkout. 
• Same day shipping does not apply for items marked as "Ships in 1-3 Business Days" or "Ships in 3-5 Business Days." 
• Orders received on non-business days (SAT, SUN & holidays) or placed after 12PM CST will not be shipped until the first available business day.

Return Policy

GoBros.com honors a 60-day return policy for items that are returned in their original condition.  Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that are missing original tags cannot be accepted for return. If you have a concern about the fit or style please feel free to try them on after carefully removing them from their packaging.

The basic steps to send back your exchange are as follows:

• Pack the item securely
• Enclose the appropriate portion of the original packing list with your item and include order number and reason for return
• We recommend that you use USPS Priority Mail for protection of your return.

Clearly mark the outside of your package with your order number, and send the package to:

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used for your purchase, within 3-7 business days of our receipt of the returned item(s). GoBros reserves the right to recover any out-bound shipping costs on return orders that were originally eligible for free shipping. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the return/exchange is a result of a manufacturer or shipping error.

We will make every effort to ship exchanges and issue credits as quick as possible.  In the event that an exchange item is unavailable, we will contact you within 1-5 days to see how you would like to proceed.


International Shipping

GoBros.com has partnered with International Checkout, a trusted third-party international shipping company, to fulfill all orders for our international customers. To ship internationally, choose the "International Checkout" option at the bottom of your cart page. The items from your cart will automatically be transferred into an International Checkout cart. Please note, Thorlo items can not be shipped internationally at this time.

Once on International Checkout, you will be able to calculate the shipping rates in your currency and determine the amount of duties and taxes that may apply for your order.  You will even have the opportunity to expedite your order.  We regret that free shipping promotions cannot be applied to international shipments.  

With International Checkout, you may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. International Checkout will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries regarding your order and shipment should be directed to the International Checkout's customer service department.

Shipping to a Military APO/FPO Addresses

If you are shipping to an APO/FPO address, please follow the below steps during checkout:

1. Enter APO or FPO as your ship to city. 
2. Select AA, AE, or AP as your ship to state. 
3. Select United States as your ship to country.
4. Select APO/FPO USPS as your shipping method.  

All APO/FPO locations utilize U.S. zip codes.  Do not select a foreign country in your "ship to address" or your package may be routed incorrectly. Be sure to select the shipping method reserved for U.S. military to ensure your package is sent via USPS.

Please Note: some restrictions for APO/FPO locations do apply. Items that are sent to APO/FPO Addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service ONLY and cannot be "rush" delivered. Items that are sent to APO/FPO Addresses make take up to 30 days for delivery.
