Darn Tough Womens Hiker Quarter Midweight Socks

Love these socks. I usually buy the micro crew height, which i really like, but when i saw these
mid weight quarter crews, i jumped right on them. This sage color is different and fun.

Colors are pretty and most of all they feel nice and comfortable and finally my feet feel warm. I like the cushion in the sock. They are a little heavy and don’t fit some of my shoes, but fit my boots and didn’t get cold while blowing snow in about -30 degrees.

These socks are comfortable. I have pairs of Darn Tough socks that I bought 10 years ago that are still in perfect shape--and I wear them everyday.

I ordered these socks online and they arrived really quickly. They run large so I had to reorder but I love my new socks!

Fit my women's size 8 foot perfectly, not too long. Wash nicely with no piling. Very comfortable when walking or hiking. Will be taking these socks to Scotland this fall, as they hand-wash easily and air-dry fairly quickly.

Seek no further, Darn Tough makes good socks but this med cushion 1/4 hiker is the best of the best. I've replaced all of my socks with these.

I love my socks. Quality is great, fit perfectly. My only regret is Darn Tough no longer sell the height up the ankle that's my preferred height, but, it's only about a cm of difference, so it's really not a big deal. The funny thing about Darn Tough socks is that I always considered them too expensive to buy, so I never did. Somehow a pair ended up in my/my spouse's rotation of socks and they were my favorite pair. I'd always wear them if sock quality was important (hiking etc.). Then I decided to take a closer look at them to buy others, and saw, written across the toes, that they were Darn Tough. Then it all clicked -I understood the rave reviews, and I went and bought more. So essentially I tested them without knowing they were "Darn Tough" and they passed with flying colors.

I love the quality and fit of Darn Tough socks but just bought a couple more pairs of these and they have changed them from years past. The new pairs are about an inch taller than the identical pairs I have had for a year or so, which I'm not a fan of because I prefer for them to be just tall enough to go over tennis shoes but don't like that they're too tall now. Other than that picky detail, these socks are the best around.
