If you need your order sooner than the timeframe listed above, we recommend selecting a priority shipping method. Any orders placed before 1:00 pm, CST via USPS Priority Mail or any of our UPS options will be shipped out on the same business day. Priority orders placed after 1:00 pm, CST will be shipped out on the next available business day.

All UPS methods require a physical address. No PO boxes.
Because we want to ship your order to you quickly, your order might ship in more than one package.
When entering your shipping address, please ensure you double-check all address fields for accuracy. Please add any Apartment or Suite number. GoBros.com is not responsible for any additional costs associated with re-shipping an order. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, you will have two options: You can pay additional shipping fees to have the package sent to the correct address OR we can cancel the order and refund you for the order total less original shipping costs.
If you are shipping to an APO/FPO address, please follow the below steps during checkout:
All APO/FPO locations utilize U.S. zip codes. Do not select a foreign country in your "ship to address" or your package may be routed incorrectly. Be sure to select the shipping method reserved for the U.S. military to ensure your package is sent via USPS.
Please Note: some restrictions for APO/FPO locations do apply. Items that are sent to APO/FPO Addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service ONLY and cannot be "rush" delivered. Items that are sent to APO/FPO Addresses may take up to four weeks for delivery.
Due to brand restrictions, GoBros.com does not ship internationally.
If an email address was provided, tracking information will be sent upon shipment. Most orders are shipped the same or next business day. This e-mail will contain shipment details including a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. To track the order, click on the provided tracking number. Tracking information is also available via your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
