Never Arrived

Terrible communication. I was issued a tracking number right away, but the socks never arrived. 4 time I had arrival dates , yet each time it said delayed. Than a new shopping date would be issued. Never to arrive. I am at whits end. If the socks ever arrive, I will upgrade this to 2 stars.
