Socks great, but GoBros better

Just a shout out to GoBros as a customer service oriented company. I had some issues with my latest order on John Henry's (which I love), but just decided it was easier to swallow hard and never order again. When Gobros sent me their next marketing email, I replied with a description of my issues with my previous order. The company jumped on it. They fixed it in a better way than I imagined. I was surprised that a company even responded to a marketing email. This is a great company. I'm here adding to my Gobros collection of darn tough socks. As a side note, darn tough socks are great. I'm working to replace all my socks with darn tough as I can afford it, being retired and all. Buy darn tough. More importantly, buy them from GoBros.

World's Greatest Sock?

These are so comfortable and you can tell these are a very durable, long haul investment, which was actually my primary motivation. But whether out in the cold or inside, they seem to manage to keep a good temperature.

My only complaint regarded service. I ordered these while away, so where it asked for delivery instructions, I specified to please leave the package on my back deck. I didn't want a package sitting on my front steps during the holidays announcing to anyone who's looking, "Hey, nobody's home!", and sure enough, they were left on my front steps.

Great socks, great service

I ordered these socks for my brother in law for Christmas. Unfortunately, they were stolen from his porch after delivery. Go Bros refunded my order and I repurchased and they were there in time for Christmas. My brother in law loves them. He said they keep his "tootsies" warm and look great. Thank you Go Bros!
