But the XL Darn Tough Mens Edge Over-the-Calf Midweight Ski socks I ordered say they fit size 15-17. I have size 15 feet. However; the socks are much smaller and my son with size 13 feet can barely get the 15-17 size socks on. For decades, the accuracy of sock sizes vs. what fits has been a consistent problem for men with large feet. These XL socks, as with many other brands should say they fit size 13-15 and not 15-17. here do pro basketball players with size 17 feet buy their socks?
Over the years, I have talked with other men with similar sized feet and its a consistent proble. Men with size 12 or 13 feet order large Socks listed as size 11-13 Mens, but the socks are far too small do not fit at all. Do other men with large feet have the same problems? Compare to shoes that are listed as size 14 or 15 and they usually fit the size listed.
