I started on the fitsock website - some how I guess I got in your website - not paying attention - ordered socks I thought were fit socks - your either live person or AI- more likely the second - contact was helpful however your product sadly
Is not like the fitsock quality I was expecting - one pair looked like it had been a return with a ripped holder and smartwool socks are sold everywhere and not to what I am comfortable with - yes - you even sent me notice of what I had ordered however the “gobros” company was new to me and I expected a brand by your company not some collective socks that you can purchase in any store - lesson learned watch what site you are in but the fact I was ON the fitsock website and somehow ended up in yours to me was the old bait and switch routine - Susan Anderson
