Crew Socks

I went on a hiking trip a few years back on the Appalachia’s trail near Harpers Ferry W. Va. I was having a severe case of toe rubbing inside my shoe sidewall on my hike. Stopped off the trail to a hiking supply shop in Harpers Ferry to pick up some supplies and saw a pair of Wrighsocks hanging. They looked very well made but I thought they were a little pricey but my feet didn’t care so I rolled the dice and decided to purchase. I got back on the hike and was so overjoyed on how comfortable the WriteSocks felt on my already sore feet. Fast forward I replaced all my socks in my drawer with WriteSocks from winter style to summer styles and to athletic styles. It has been a large investment but one of my best investments! Thumbs up to the double wall design and the smooth stitching inside and out on all the WriteSocks...

Use as liner sock

Purpose= hiking with trail runners
I use this as a tall liner sock to keep my ankles cleaner w/o getting hot. I use a low cut wool Darn Tough light sock over it to cushion the shoe.
Good sock but keep those toenails trimmed...

These are the best socks. The fit is perfect, they are lightweight for warm weather, the seam is not detectable. The elastic is not too tight. Laundering info is particular, which I am willing to follow because I'm so happy with the product.
