Thorlos are the best socks made. They breathe, cushion, and last forever!

I've been wearing these socks for years. Very comfortable and good at protecting feet from blisters. Two issues to be aware of. One: when you switch from an ordinary sock to a padded sock, your existing shoes may feel tight and you might need to consider moving up a half size in shoes. Two: After you have been wearing these socks a while, they start to pill like crazy, leaving fuzz balls all over the house. So you will be doing a lot of sweeping.

These socks are extremely comfortable. I’m 76 years old and have bought these for years. The new ones seem somewhat less substantial than the older ones I have but they still fit comfortably. I love that the seam at the toes is smoother on these new ones than it was on the older ones and doesn’t seem to rub the tops of my toes like the older models. I like these so much, I just ordered six more!

The socks looked high quality, the material is very comfortable and supportive. I bought this and Darn Tough. I end up keeping Darn Tough which is natural wool. I am sensitive to wool but I worn it all day, very breathable and no issues. But Thorn, even the material is soft and well made, I felt my feel could not breath. So I like natural material better. I ended up returning and I will buy more Darn Though. This is mutual review, because I already knew I like natural fabric but I wanted to try. I hope you will not end up making the same mistake if you are like me, so that you don't have to go through returns. Go Bros is an excellent company, they allowed the return so I will buy more what I like.

They are not as thick as I wanted them to be.

Good quality socks. I have purchased these socks for 15+ years. The cushioning is perfect for my arthritis condition. Over the tears the top double stitching has been added preventing the unraveling that used to occur. Thorlo listens to their customers and makes improvements where needed. Good quality socks. I won’t wear any other brand. You get what you pay for. The socks last for years. Highly recommend the socks and Go Bros. I also have the white crew socks for the gym. I hope these are the same as I used to buy. I just read some other reviews seems to be some question on whether Thorlo has continued with the same quality I am used to. After I wear these I will post again. I hope they are incorrect.

Very comfortable socks

All my socks now are Thorlo, I have no shows, crew and boot, over 80 pair and they are the only socks I will wear. they last, do not shrink always stay up and look great. I walk a lot and no more blisters of foot problems.

My son was tremendously satisfied with these socks, which was his recommendation.

I like these very much. They do get bigger as you wear them. I think I may meet smaller size. No shrinkage after laundering.

I’ve been wearing Thorlo socks for close to 20 years, and some of them are now starting to show wear. They are the most comfortable, durable socks I’ve ever had. I especially like the way they cushion my feet, since as I grow older, the fat pads on the bottom of my feet are disappearing. They are warm, and the material wicks sweat away. They are easy care, and are machine washable and dry beautifully. I’m so glad I found your website, since many of the sporting goods stores that sold them have gone out of business, and I didn’t know where I could find any store that still sold them. I bought the cushioned walking socks, and have ordered the cushioned running socks for the extra padding, even though I walk now.

I ordered these socks for my son. He has large feet (size 14), so it can be hard to find socks that truly fit him. The biggest size of Thorlos (x-large) fit him really well. He loves the cushioning that the socks provide, plus they keep his feet comfortable, dry, and blister-free on his long walks. He has tried many other brands of socks, some cheaper, some more expensive, but he still finds that the Thorlos are the most comfortable for him. After replacing all my socks with thorlo walking, I am now giving them to friends as gifts so we will all be comfortable on our feet.

these are the only socks i wear to work. on my feet all day at ALF i need all the cush i can get. these things wear like iron. i'm talking years and they maintain their cush and softness. in the dryer they plump back up. keep in mind you may have to go up on shoe size.i did.usually wear a 6 but work shoes are a 7.shouldn't your feet be happy too!
